Roger Elvick
Looking for somebody who has been in the movement longer than me; to tell me what happened to Roger Elvick. I understand he is in jail for writing checks on the private side of the closed accounts; also I have heard he is the one who did most of the original research for the sovereignty movement.

I don't know a whole lot about Roger Elvick but i do have at least 5 years of intense studying on various subjects in regards to law, trusts, sovereignty etc. All you have to do it read that one sentence you wrote " writing checks on a closed account" i don't care what your status is writing a check from a closed bank account if unlawful. I think you should really look into some study info on our monetary system as well as our banking system and see if anywhere at all you see any loop holes where one could even do this without repercussion. I have found nothing. I understand that some may also feel that its unlawful for the bank to keep that account active on there side for personal gain but if you have the evidence to prove this take them to court and sue them, don't try and be tricky and see what you can get out of them like this guy did or your bound to wind up in the same place.
