More info requested on UBOT as a business entity
Hello all, i am considering doing real estate investing in US (I am in CANADA) and was considering to establish an LLC, with all the disclaimers in mind that no one is an adviser and etc i am just seeking an opinion so can you tell me what or how would you best structure your business of real estate investing.
I was talking to one of the reps from SFS on skype and was told “use a UBOT, then setup the paydex, get the trade lines boosted, then issue bonds. Another option would be a UBOT setup asan REIT as long as you have the investors in place to do so.”
This is something completely new to me and now my interest is piqued even more.
Can anyone be kind enough to explain a little more in detail. So let me get this straight, i setup a UBOT instead of registering/incorporating an LLC in a particular state (does a UBOT need to have a specific jurisdiction or no?). Are they recognized in all states? and can business be conducted through them such as real estate?
i know these questions are probably mundane but i am just new to this so i am trying to get my head wrapped around this because u never hear a UBOT as a business entity choice. Then as far as the paydex thing goes i am completely oblivious to it. If you can shed some light on that or point me to where i can learn about paydex and trade lines and their benefit i would highly appreciate it. Thank you again

Your questions are not mundane, they are actually excellent questions that are all covered in the
Redemption Manual 5.0 – Book 2 of 4 – Operating Secured
We would go on to answer them, but could not hope to possibly do so in as much detail or as accurately as the book does. This is roughly a 500 page book and is an excellent resource for anything UBOT.
