CUSIP

Hi there,   So I appreciate the instructions on obtaining one, but since our certificates we're trying to get for the trust are private placement type securities, exactly what option do we choose on the site to upload our info? Corporate still? Are we offering equity or debt (I understand it depends on our situation but still). Are we asking for a private placement identifying number because a PPN is for insurance companies only. What should are prospective look like, are there any examples you'd be willing to share?     Thanks, -jilrocks1
