How to Verify OR Confirm SPC Account Setup at Treasury?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if there is a way to verify/confirm the account setup once spc documents get sent into the treasury? I understand if they accept them, they stamp your receipt and that will be your account number, but how can we verify this without trying to negotiate instruments in the blind?   Is there a phone number or site we can insert this number to verify account setup?
