Studying the audio on page 2 of jurisdiction audio on the bottom, as its what im going to go for in my pretrial.
Though a question. If I object to the judge pleading not guilty/etc. for me due to it being unlawful as he cannot practice from the bench and that its me and my attorneys job to plead, what do I do if he ignores and goes ahead with it?
The audio is incredible, though, I don't know how to defend myself to a judges ignorance, I've observed they tend to do that regardless.
basically, my question is how can I reinforce the audio if a judge attacks back with his axe. the above as an example. though can someone go through it and give me tips on how to counter his swings at me?
(so much info so little time, if anyone can give an example for entertainment purposes)
