SF95

Lets say I don't intend to plea, I intend to challenge jurisdiction beforehand, and a judge decides to put it in for me, which violates Title 28 section 454 "Any justice or judge appointed under the authority of the United States who engages in the practice of law is guilty of a high misdemeanor" in which I object and inform him, yet he goes along with it anyway.
would a SF95 be what to use for a situation like that? or is there something im missing, or something else I can use?
