Banking resolution form

Quick question, I will be the only authorized user for the trust account. However I put n/a on the signature line above my second authorized user. My question is for the board of trustee signature, would I put n/a above that signature line as well for the second trustee? Or have them sign their name? I'm thinking put n/a because it's still a signature on the form but I just wanted to get clarification.   Thanks for your time ;)
