Motions on a California Misdemeanor case

So like I have said in my previous questions. I am going to trial for these Misdemeanor (driving on a suspended license) charges. I have found many useful codes, statutes, but I am missing one final finishing move.... A court rule for dismissal. I have poured through every page of Tittle 4 (CA criminal court procedures) looking for an applicable rule to end my arguments only I can't find one. Tittle 3 says its for civil cases. Anyone got anything? I can't  seem to find what I need to end the argument.
