Release from prison, by reclaiming the strawman as property. Is this possible? I ask this questio based on the theory that when a person is convicted, an Abstract of Judgment was created. In furtherance of this a bond was also issued. We technically become property. Can't we reclaim the property by default since all debt is specifically under the SPC? Is there a procedure to go about this, please help…
