proceedings
I know I ask alot of questions and I apologize but I only purchased a 14 dollar membership that will be up soon and I can't say when I will be able to get it back up and it kind of bothers me that no one else answers my questions but you guys as if no one else has answers but you guys I guess cuz you guys are experts or at least professionals butt I would expect the people to be more conscious of these q and A's. My thing is I want to help as many people as possible starting with my family but the only way to do that is if I have the knowledge the know-how in the understanding myself. But I also need help from other like-minded people thus my question is: my father went to Superior Court Small Claims Division as a defendant in a claim brought up against him by credit Adjusters in a verified motion for proceedings supplemental and order. It says: this is an attempt to collect debt the plaintiff owns the Judgment rendered in this case against the defendant (which is my father )and it says the plaintiff's judgment is unsatisfied with a balance due on judgment interest and costs in the amount of $2,660 and at the bottom it says order to defendant and so I was thinking that I could help him out with either some forms he could fill out or some type of knowledge 2 settle this debt even though he is not a secured party creditor is this possible? I'm pretty sure I have well over enough information to figure this out I am just trying to cut down the research in half through you guys.
