Can Anyone provided Testimony or Vouch for these processes?

Peace everyone, I would like to know if any of the members here can provide testimony of success, remedies or vouch for a certain process? All am seeing is people asking questions and having problems, no one is talking about whats working, worked or if they even had any success. Thanks
