Shalom, I sent off 2 dispute letter to National Credit Management asking them to provide complete audit trail of account and also Tax registration certificate. The other latter was a dispute asking to verify the items pursuant to the FCRA. I got a response from them sayimg: regarding your demand for verification including original signed contracts copies of state license or agreement with the original creditor listed on this account etc.., there is no basis in law to substantiate you're right to such information.  Then they sited "chaudhy v. Gallerizzo, 174 F.3d 394, 406 (4th Cir. 1999) also Stonehart v. Rosenthal, No. 01 Civ. 651 (SAS), 2001 WL 910771. Any suggestions on what forms to utilize next before I respond? The next thing is that I sent off all of these docs cert. Mail green card including the docs that demand the 3 credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, Transunion) to provide physical verification with forms of I'd but only two responded back transunion simply wanted me to provide 2 current forms of qualifying documents and Experian said they were removing my name from preapproved credit offer mailing lists for 5 years. What does this have to do with clearing the depth the say I owe? Also shouldn't I have gotten a response from equifax? Any suggestions on how to move forward with these bureau beside transunion since I know what they want?
