the UCC bad?

I am still learning much about our law systems, and I like anyone was excited to learn about the UCC and am certainly excited to learn more. Has anyone heard of this guy and his videos? He's seems to have reason to believe that the UCC itself is an attempt to move mankind from the dieing entity of religion to the new system of control which is commerce and a one world government. I bring this up because I am still new to this and I would like to see if anyone can rebut his claims.
