“Illegals gaining citizenship”

So, here's a possible situation that has recently become something I may have to to deal with; I have this long time friend (that I practically grew up with) who is in the Corporate Americas' eyes 'illegal' as she was born in Mexico, but grew up and spent almost her whole life here in the Corporate States. She has been processing her entire life to become a 'Citizen', and as some of you know there is no guarantee. She is facing the real possibility of being deported now as she has been operating VISA to VISA to stay in the country. She has 2 kids here, and has spent her whole life here (except for infancy) in the States. So here are my questions:

1. Is it possible (legally) for an SPC to marry her in order to expedite her citizenship without compromising the natural man?
2. Assuming it is possible; Is marriage (in corporate america) merely contracting the straw-man into the marriage?
3. What jurisdiction would such marriage (for the straw-man) be under?

Keep in mind my friend is a simpleton, and not knowledgable in any such things (such as the law) and from what I gather (because I have known her a long time), she is no child of Zion with the desire to leave the Matrix, however her being a corporate slave of America is far better than being deported to Mexico where she would be completely incapable of surviving, and would be without her Corporate born kids to boot.        

What I seek for her is to simply have a life here in the Corporate states (which is better than anywhere else) in which she could be happy with her kids and pursue her own happiness....I have no delusions about who she is, she wants only the simple things in life and is not capable of figuring things out on her own like we who seek to go in and out of the matrix at our leisure.
