1. I wanted to know if any virginia spc's had any problem with putting, "without prejudice, UCC 1-308" on their driver's licenses?
2. what banks or clearing houses are cooperative in setting up trusts accounts or UBOT's?
3. are they having difficulties with appointing the Secretary of the Treasury as fiduciaries for their bonds?
