New SPC package and UCC filings

I just received my new SPC package which was filed in Colorado by Sovereign filings. Am I to file the UCC\'s in my package with the state and or county I was born and reside in? If so, there are two different UCC filings - am I to file both? If not, which ones? Also, should I go into the office or copy the info into the online form? Thank you all in advance!
