Between a rock, a hard place, and heaven
I am currently on probation in the state of Connecticut, I knew nothing about any of this before my sentence start date, but have done quite the research. Long story short, I put in a Truth Affidavit as the "REASON" for my motion to terminate probation based on facts of the UCC, USC, Case Law and Blacks Law. I left no avenue open for the judge to deny the information but the judge did deny the motion to terminate even though a judge is not suppossed to uphold one part of the law and deny the other. I could suit under a few Title 18's but its time consuming and costly and I just want to be done with the fraudulent jurisdiction that was slyly forced upon me. MY QUESTION IS THIS: if I pay for my sovereign filing and once my sovereignty "on paper" is established, does that automatically free me from the obligation to probation I was tricked into signing or how would i handle this? I could leave the country with the help of some but there are more possitive ways of handeling this without going to extremes, I dont want to be on there probation anymore.
