Where was my UCC filed and how do I locate it?

I had my SPC filing done by SFS between the months of December 2015 and April 2016 and 2 weeks ago I went to the Department of State in my state (Lansing, Michigan) and I tried to get certified copies of my ucc-1 and ucc-1ad and when i gave the lady who worked there my filing number in which was posted on their website, she told me she couldn't find anything on record for my filing and that filing number was for someone else's filing. I also showed her my original documents and she said if she was to enter my information into their system as a transmitting utility, it would automatically reject it. I have a certified mail return receipt from the record keeper's acceptance of my filing that SFS mailed to them which is proof that they received it and they never returned it to me either. can you PLEASE help me resolve this matter?
