Trust account IBOE, Letters of Credit etc…

If I open up a trust account at a bank, can I get a line of credit for that account and issue the branch manager a letter of credit, letter of advice, international bill of exchange, and financing statement amendment for an assignment to offset and discharge the line of credit via my ucc contract trust account prepaid account?
