How to get justice and clarity

No officials seem to know or understand what a SPC is and neither do they seem to recognize its standing or my uuc filing. I spend all my time writing letters, notices and getting no where. The powers that be don't seem to honor the laws when they are brought up. Also, I am not clear on how a treasury direct account is used or what the benefit is. Please don't critisize, I come here for guidance.
