Seriously need help with new employer!

Hello every one. I have a problem that is time sensitive and I really would appreciate some help. I'm out of work, being in construction. But a supervisor and a good friend is posting a position for me at a well known Hotel tomorrow. my question is, can some one help me identify all the forms I need to fill out as a SPC? I'm not lazy, I study and research every day. I went to sedm.org but I'm having a hard time figuring out all the forms that apply to me. If any one is interested, I would gladly send some FRB notes via Paypal for the help. I just need to know witch forms, nothing else. Thanks.
