Filing online and/or on paper

I'm getting pretty close to having everything ready to go to complete the filing process and have some final questions before I'm 100% ready. I notice in the Redemption Manual for filing the UCC 1 Financing statement and addendum, it is filed by region and says for me to file in colorado and it must be done online/electronically. This creates some confusion for me because the rest of the documents, at least some of them, don't appear to be done online. My question is then, what is the process for sending documents when some are done electronically and some aren't? How can I include the other documents I have created (Hold Harmless Agreement, Copyright, Legal Notice, etc) when they are physical documents being attached to an electronic document? Also the book says it is recommended to file electronically in DC, should I even bother with the Colorado filing and just file in DC? or just stick to my region?
