SPC Proces SFS $500 package

Ive received my SPC package back from SFS. I must add these documents are beautifully drafted!!!! Thanks SFS, would recommend it to any and everyone looking to change there life for the better. Back to my question though, I had my trustee sign their portion, and opened a trust account with JP MORGAN CHASE. When I apply for my cusip identifier to relieve debt with the 100M bond that was in the package what exactly is the process I need to use? I read the article on how to obtain a cusip number. Just looking for information to fill in the cracks so I don't create further problems for myself by a mistake a make. Can JP MORGAN CHASE be my transferring bank for my offset account to relieve public debt? Am I on the right track with this? I seem to read information/ content but still have questions. Maybe if someone that has already completed this it would be good confirmation that I know I'm not missing a step or thinking about it improperly. My goal is to not come off as knowing it all. Just seeking ACCURATE and COMPLETE information so I can pass it on to my fellow brother or sister in need of help. God Bless you all. Thanks
