Should I get my car title?

This is a similar question to one asked recently but different enough to start a new thread. I recently bought a car from a tow company and it didn't come with a title, just a certification of lien sale and a vehicle/vessel transfer and reassignment form. I'm not planning on registering it, I already got some sweet new custom plates to exercise my right to travel, but I'm curious to know if I really need to get the title or just add the vehicle to the trust via UCC-3, or both. If I need to do both, should I get the title before I add the vehicle to the trust or add the vehicle to the trust then get the title?
