Court bond for case

How can I go about creating a court bond to cover any charges if the case doesn't go my way? I am an SPC (through Sovereign Filing Solutions), but the person who is considered the defendent is not. Judge's don't like it when you challenge jurisdiction and any guidance would be appreciated. I'm specifically looking for how to create a court bond that will cover any fees! I know that courts know how to monetize them...
