Reeived Trust Packet from Sov Filing Sol help on next step…

My fiance is currently incarcerated and I am going through this process as his POA in need of as much input and help as I can get. I ordered two books but am waiting for them to arrive from toolsforfreedom.com. We just completed the SPC process with makefreedom.com and I received al of the paperwork back completed with the filings in puerto rico and the trust documents. I will be filing for an EIN tonight however am confused on the next step is that to locate his bonds? and do I have to personally send the other papers in? I want a head start on everything before these books arrive and he is VERY limited on what he can speak on from in there but I know this can bring him home!
