account signers
Say there are 2 trustee(s) on an account, one of the trustee have a great outstanding balance at a bank but its that bank the trustee(s) wantes to open the account at, because of the outstanding balance , they aren't allowed to open the account because both trustee(s) would be signers on the acount and they would need to make a profile with that bank which a social would be needed for both trsutee(s). my question is.... can one trustee and one of the beneficiaries be the 2 signers on the account ?
now, so you know, the grantor is also a beneficiary..... is this permissible?
