I usually do not give UCC suggestions because I personally have gotten away from using them.

As far a paperwork in general goes... it is our first line of notification, but one must know how to work the paperwork correctly so that when one is tested/challenged in the statutory world, one knows how to stand on ones paperwork so that one may be seen as "toxic" to the system so they will leave you alone.
