RE: TDA Account Establishment – OMB-1530-0138 & 1535-0069

Greetings:

Still learning, recently went through SPC process. These two OMB forms seem to be this updated way to have the UCC TDA account balanced by our fidiculary in the Treasury Office. I believe this needs to be filed before we may use our discharge / administrative process?

How long a window should I put on these forms before I may begin clearly up commercial debts of th debtor?

Also I see that the updated NOV 2018 TDA Account Authorization has a spot for the SSN. I assume providing the EIN for the Trust is enough information? Should I fill this in, or not?
