Traffic ticket tied to court appearance

DWQA QuestionsCategory: General QuestionsTraffic ticket tied to court appearance

I researched this issue and did not see it addressed in the question section. I am a newbie and live in Ohio. I was pulled over by police and given a ticket for driving an unsafe vehicle (cracked windshield), not showing my driver's license, and having my license plates not clearly visible (one screw had come undone and thus caused the plate to hang crooked). I did not give my driver's license even though I had one but I gave my American National card. This caused quite a stir among the police and they had backup with four men present. I signed the ticket with my sovereign signature and I wrote "under duress" by my signature. I was told to be in court on December 21 to show my drivers licence and address the unsafe vehicle issue. I told the police that would not happen and I was recording our interaction. He said you are being recorded as well on our cameras. (He was very flustered) I drove away and when I got home I took the ticket I was given and wrote the following on the ticket in red ink:

$10,000 penalty for misuse. REJECTED!! Accepted for value. Returned for value. For discharge settlement for the following:

HJR192•1245.c.411

I Do NOT recognize color of law. Default of trust misuse of name $10,000 penalty ARR. I reserve my rights not to be compelled to enter into any contract that I did not enter in to knowingly, voluntarily and willingly and furthermore I do not accept the benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement, UCC 1-308. Violation of my rights is assessed at $250,000 per occurrence or every 15 minutes I am delayed, detained or questioned. All benefits and privileges are hereby waived nunc pro tunc without predjudice UCC 1-308. Global right to travel authorized representative for the private trust: (name of my trust) NO TRESPASSING! Private jurisdiction without predjudice UCC 1-308.

*all rights reserved.

I then sent the ticket back to the court. (Within 3 days) I have received a letter in the mail saying that I am being officially notified that 30 days from my scheduled court date my driver's license will be reported and/or sent to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and declared forfeited. It stated "this action will be taken for your failure to appear on the following case".

If I wish to stop this action I must report to the Clerk of Courts office within 30 days for my schedule court date. My failure to respond to this will resort in my driver's license being forfeited for one year and a warrant being issued for my arrest. And yes, I am aware I need to just get a passport and that is on the "next" to do list.

However, as life would have it I have other major issues going on and I don't have time right now to mess with the courts and their folly, not to mention the illegality of it all. (as you may have/will read on my other posts.) I prefer to keep my D.L. for ease of use presently until I may attain my passport.

I believe I need to go and address this head on in the court as I do not want this hanging over my head to pop up when I least expect it. I have done some research and my thought process is to take my public servant questionnaire (which establishes communication of business) affidavit for sovereignty, a copy of the ticket showing that I signed it under duress which nulles and voids the entire process as well as a copy of "right to travel". I learned today about subjugation of court and wonder how that fits in. I do not want to use overkill, just want to be well equipped to win this claim. I know you have to be careful with communication language and motion and position because just like communicating with the police these areas done incorrectly can show consent. I need to address this issue this week with the court and I'm asking for anyone who has knowledge and advice as well as experience to share what the best course of action for me to take would be. Help and insight are greatly appreciated. Please advise. Thank you so much in advance. Jennifermiller
