ss number as Trustee

Hello, Im having a slight situation here.. I have a Trust set up.. and the debtors social security number was given when asked for the Trustee SPC , which was a mistake i believe.. so I requested that the information be removed. now there giving me a hard time .. trying to run me in circles.. after I was hung up on.. i called back, and was told that if they remove the social then they have to remove me as trustee.. I asked to speak with the manager.. who im waiting for a call back which i feel that call isnt coming ??? any suggestions on how I should handle this..?
