Dunn and Bradstreet Number – Cusip Number – Traffic Court Matter

Question 1: How/where do I locate the Dunn and Bradstreet Number on a Traffic Court matter, so that I can put it on the record?

Question2: How/where do I locate the Cusip number?

Today I took my wife out to dinner. When I get back to my car I noticed that I have a parking ticket on it. Apparently I parked in a residence only area, which I didn't know of at the time. My car is a leased vehicle, if that matters.

Question 3: Would the Copyright Notice work in this regard? Or should I just raise toxic question hell at the arraignment?
