International travel without committing fraud
Hello There:
Does anybody have any information on how to travel internationally without incurring in fraud? My husband is from the Iberian Peninsula. He renounced all ties with the SPAIN corporation three years ago. We have been living here in the Iberian Peninsula. I am American and want to visit my family in Texas and Seattle, and of course, I want to bring my husband with me. Using a Spanish passport would be fraud. He has a World Passport, diplomatic identification from our own micronation Republica Errante de Menda Lerenda (www.republicamendalerenda.com), and we have a private marriage contract signed by witnesses (not in the juristiction of church or state.)
So far, we have been attempting to negotiate diplomatically with the US Embassy in Madrid for some sort of travel pass. This has not been very successful, and they have recommended that we get my husband a Spanish passport, as the World Service Authority who issues the World Passport is not recognized as a ´competent authority´in the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Ideas? Precedents?
Thank you,
Amanda and Ra
