I'm having an issue and can't seem to find answers. I'll make this as brief as I can.

  • Postconviction.
  • Convicted and sentenced in Federal court.
  • A UCC-1 filed consistent with Redemption Manual 5.0
  • certificate of satisfaction attached to the Judgment & Commitment Accepted for Value
  • this covered charges, release of lien and release of property.
  • UCC-1 perfected claim
  • documents sent to Court sentenced, in care of (c/o) the Financial Litigation Unit of the US Attorneys Office
  • I know this is the Tort Division process. And I know this process takes at least 9 months. Right now, I'm at almost 20 months

There are three of us in this. One has been blocked from transfering, one has had his paperwork put on his docket and the. State Dept recalled his passport. I was told by medical staff that their computer showed I was "Release Pending". But that was a year ago.

Are we missingsomething or do we keep waiting?? Any info would help.
