What are my avenues of recourse with someone like PG&E.

An old tenant, We had to evict, had the gas in her name and when she left she called them and told them there are only squatters their and that we were a bunch of drug addicts and who knows what else. So the next day they came and turned the gas off and are refusing to turn it back on. What are my options to right this situation?
