SPC Processes

Hi all,

My partner and I are are only a week away from having our SPC completed via A.W.A.R.E.

We have looked over the Tim Turner documentation and are comparing the two, basically seeing what our best option may be. We want to ensure our filing is the best it possibly can be. I have done some background searching on Tim Turner and found a court ruling against Tim for Fraud. Not sure if this is just a public 'scare' post from the government to scare people away.

Also, A.W.A.R.E is taking a VERY long time to process our pacakage, the Draft package was provided to us some 8 weeks ago for proofing, I had this done and returned within 3 days and are still waiting for our final package to arrive for filing.

Does anyone have some general information regarding there SPC process with either A.W.A.R.E and or Tim Turners methods?

Would really apprciate some feed back to help us make an informed descission.
