HOW DO I GET MY BROTHERS GREEN CARD RENEWED ????

My brother has been locked up about five years for weed, and is now credited time served and now in detainment. He does not

have a birth cert. however he has a social security card..... how can we get his green card back ? can he get set up in trust in america as well , Jamaica is his homeland
