I sent a collection agency a letter requesting validation of the debt by certified mail. The Post Office said they have 15 days to sign or refuse to sign. Does this mean they have refused to validate the debt owed and are now in dishonor? Should I now go ahead and do a follow up letter because they failed to validate?

Does the Operating Secure book tell me how to offer my bond to a lending institute? The bond must be re-written along with an offer of fiduciary of resposibility form from the original because that one is to the Treasurey, correct?

Is there a difference between SPC and Sovereign? A friend said in order to be effective at SPC you had to “disconnect” from everything ie; SOS Card, Drovers License, and all corporate contracts becuase as long as you have a contract you are still liable. Is this true?
