A guy at a company, which happens to be a common law trust also, said they have a proprietary method where it, in my own words, puts up a proprietary "legal wall/barrier" between the creator individual & the trustee individual, even though they are the same person, nevertheless, giving them legal effect as if they were different persons. Does anyone know anything about this proprietary technique?
