Dear sovereigns, I have subscribed to a membership on your platform (lifetime) for no more than 1 week,

and I regret not being able to access the content that motivated the subscription.

I would appreciate a clarification to rule out possible problems on your server, otherwise I will have to verify if the problem resides on my unit (PC).
