The author of this Affidavit stated some things on it that I need comprehension on.

He listed places to send the Affidavit and supporting doc to Officials. The author said he included case supporting documents such as original sentencing contract,probation docs, summons, etc.

He listed that he included – AOTANOR – Notarized, what does "AOTANOR" stand for?

Also, he shows a list of Officials to mail the Affidavit and supporting docs to such as Governor, Judge, Probation Office.

If you've signed summons or other documents from those organizations would that list include Sherriffs Office/ Chief of Police, to include, State Attorney General

Would including my "Common Law Copyright Notice" with Afidavit be beneficial to add more weight to the Affivadit?
