AMERICAN EXPRESS rejected my documents

American Express AMEX just returned all my documents I submitted to them, saying the payment type is non-negotiable. For me, this is a failed test of the UCC. At this point I strongly doubt if this UCC process even works. I'm so disappointed and let down.

Can someone prove to me that it works, anybody?? I'm tired of all the vagueness, upsells, countless books, etc...with no real results.
