Attempting to print bond process Sunday, an mail feb 24 but have Q’s still

Is B.C. Bond printed in it's multi-color format or turned to Black ? Where do originals go? ( if ) IRS in P.R. what is that address?  The " Combined order for deposit " replaces which " Order " letters? ( Combined? ) And do copies get mailed to the Treasury dept. Too? Or are copies just for our records? Really want to do it right! George
