I have two banks that i bank at one is local and the other is on the other side of the country. The local bank has my TRUST. Yet before becoming an SPC I had set up my banks to send money back and forth. No problem then, but now that the local bank is in my trust name and the out of state bank is giving me a hard time changing my name and SS# to my EIN# just for the records. I also have loans with the out of stste bank. A personal loan and a car loan. I thought about discharging the debt but at this time i dont want to bc i dont want to have my car repoed or the loan bc it was used for business patten. How do i get them to change my info on my out of state account? Thank you.
