Bonds pulled during Tort Process
porterjk76 asked 8 years ago If an SPC is in prison and has filed a Post-CAFV, then the next step is the Tort Process. Does anyone know if the SPC is pulled back to the county jail in which he was arrested/prosecuted? Or do we need to wait and see what response the judge gives to the Post-CAFV? Could he be released from the prison he is in?
