Can any one tell me where I can find the pre trial motions /

I'm trying to find the pre trial motions mention in the SFS video on how to bet your case. the on with the lizard on the door of the court room . Dose any one know where they are. and what soft ware do I need to instal on my PC to open the documents. I can down load them but some of them I can't open .
