Can anyone tell me if there is a true way of Discharging your restitution/supervised.

I became SPC in January and i have a trust account with B of A and a TDA account, just like the book suggested for me to get. I couldn't afford the 6,000 dollars for prison bonds and I was wondering if anyone can help me or have any information on how to discharge my restitution and supervised released. I'm out of prison and studying this thing and don't want to make any mistakes. my case was filed and accepted in my addmended UCC3 accepted for value for the amount of 1million dollars. my restitution is 650,000, plus the supervised release.
