Can someone help with this situation I am struggling with?

I am what you would call a "Targetted Indivudal." How can I deal wit the stalking and harassment legally? I have already reported to the police and called a few times after being stalked. I gave them edivdence of stalking by phone calls where someone would call private and I answer whle that person says nothing and then hangs up. And a few other things.
