Changing my name on my ucc1 causing great issues

i completely changed my name on my UCC1, everything but my last name. my son the second trustee is the only one on the trust bank account and the EIN that SFS process during the filing was done in his name since i was in prison since then i have been released and greatly desire to take the steps to start a business with a PAYDEX score, but i am having issues not being able to get my SPC name on the account. Can I either correct my name change via UCC 3 filing or can i use my debtors name as a trustee to get added tothe account and be able to setup the PAYDEX. THANK YOU
