Changing Second trustee

I am in the process of changing my second trustee due to person not available to sign bank paperwork in person. My question is when second trustee signs resignation letter and I update the business meeting minutes, would I use first business meeting template or second meeting template to appoint a new second trustee.  Also when i go back to bank, would I take the resignation letter and business meeting minutes?    Thanks for your time and assistance.
